Awesome place for pizza. If you like you toppings smashed on the top of the box or if you like little amounts of cheese on your pizza. The world's best customer service that can't get your toppings right, not that it matters since everything smashed on the top of the box. I'll be going else were. Thank you for your great service.
Pizza was delicious. Salad bar could use a little bit more tender love and care. Veggies we're not as fresh as they should be and no one was on top of keeping bread sticks maintained. This is a small town but employees should stay on track and pay more attention to what had been ordered. Restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived but a line of 4 to 6 families behind me. Atleast 5 people ordered salad bar.
Game consoles for the kids, but half are broken. There are two party rooms, which make this great place for team parties. The food is not the best in the world, but is a good value if you take advantage of their specials and coupons.
My time the was greeted by a smile and a hello and how is your day going . I don't get that at many places any more . The food was amazing and the deals they have going right now are grate as well. I notice they are doing something to the banquet room that use to have a pool table and some other game in it. The Chicken Fettuccini was perfect and the pizza superb for me and my family . I think it was a grate visit. I like the 50% off before 2pm on pizza it's a good touch . But after 2pm there are some grate deals as well. I would recommend this Alfy's to some one who loves Pasta , Pizza and Salad .
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and chicken strips. The chicken strips where advertised as coming with 5 pcs. What was delivered to me was a small pizza and 3 chicken strips. Totalled $28 and some change. When I called to complain, I was told that the manager had already left for the night and I could drive the food back to the restaurant to have them "look at it" ....wow. great customer service.... Never ever again. Not only that..the food looks like it came out of a frozen foster farms box. Not appetizing at all. I guess this is why they are shutting Alfys down all over the place. Horrible food, horrible service, and expensive. I could have gone to Omegas in town for that price and they have awesome food. Next time I will be doing just that.
